World Cyber Games 2011
Last year we had a great World Cyber Games 2010 Grand Final in Los Angeles but it was the first time were the whole pricepool fall under the market of 200.000 USD and it was with 167.000 USD the lowest pricepool since the beginning. Now in 2011 the World Cyber Games are back with a total pricepool of 302.900 USD and it will be played in the homecountry Korea. The games which are be played are CS 1.6, LoL, Sc2, Wc3, Fifa11, WoW, Crossfire, Special Force, Asphalt 6, Tekken 6, Lost Saga, Carom 3D, and Dungeon & Fighter. The Grand Finals will take place this week. The pricemoney in Counter Strike 1.6 fall down from 40.000 USD to 34.000 USD and in Wc3 and Fifa11 it gone up from 11.000 USD to 14.000 USD. The biggest pricemoney can be won in Asphalt 6 with a total of 55.000 USD. New to the WCG are Sc2 and LoL. Cause they are playing in Korea all winners has to pay a fee of 4,4 % of their winnings to Korea.
